Farhad_MosallaieFarhad Mosallaie received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the University of North Texas School of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Mosallaie completed his internship at Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth and his physical medicine and rehabilitation (PMR) residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. 


Dr. Mosallaie is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine, and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM). He is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a member of the International Spine Interventional Society, the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and the North American Spine Society. He also received his doctorate degree in bioengineering from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He completed a research fellowship in department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has been involved in biomedical research and is published in several scientific and medical journals. 


Dr. Mosallaie joins Sonoran Spine Center and brings expertise and experience in conservative care, pain management, spinal injections, electrodiagnostics and musculoskeletal disorders. He has many publications and presentations to his credit and is involved in the academic and research activities at the Sonoran Spine Center.
