This unique FDA approved approach to pain is dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation. Neurostimulation stimulates the DRG – a cluster of nerve cells in the spine – that directly targets the area of the body where the pain occurs. DRG modifies the pain signals being sent to the brain which results in a reduction of pain.
