Notice to Patients: Recent Meningitis Outbreak Does Not Affect Those in Arizona

The Sonoran Spine Center has received many calls and inquiries regarding the recent information released about a Meningitis outbreak due to the use of methylprednisolone acetate (injectable Depo-Medrol) for spinal injections. Sonoran Spine Center does not use this brand of steroid in our offices nor does Dr. Mosallaie use it at the surgical centers. Additionally, this national outbreak does not affect patients treated in Arizona.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Jan Revella, RN, at Sonoran Spine Center by calling 480-962-0071.
