Made Me Feel Like a Priority

Dear Dr. Crandall,

This letter is to thank your wonderful, amazing, professional team that have become like family to me over the past year and a half and two surgeries later.  From the first time I came to your practice Jeanne and Dr. Young have worked tirelessly to help correct a neck fusion gone wrong by another surgeon.  I had my final surgery December 29^th and while I am still in the healing process I am feeling like a new person.

I have never worked with such an amazing duo who made me feel like a priority and important enough that I would get return phone calls the same day and many times within hours of the call.  Dr. Young made my parents and husband feel part of my care explaining in detail the course of treatment for my neck.  As a patient that is huge knowing your family feels peace.

I cannot thank Dr. Young enough.  He is an amazing surgeon who took a tough revision and brought me back to life.  I have given his name and business cards to my primary care who have been searching for better spine surgeons to work with.  I will continue to share his name and your practice for years to come.
